Where does Epic Pets ship?

Epic Pets ships products throughout Mexico. Shipping is free for orders over 990 MXN within the country. If you require international shipping, please email hello@epicpets.mx . International shipments do not qualify for free shipping and taxes and duties apply.

What is the shipping price?

We offer free standard shipping for all national orders over 990 Mexican pesos. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is 105 MXN per order, which will arrive in 10 business days . Need to receive your set? For 160 MXN, you will receive your order in 3 business days.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Regardless of your chosen shipping option, we need time to engrave your personalized plaque and package your products.

Collection: 2 to 7 days - free

With standard shipping: 10 to 15 days - 105 MXN

With express shipping: 3 to 7 days - 160 MXN

For international shipments, time depends on destination and customs.

I live in Mexico City. Can I pick up my products?

Sure! Once you receive the email to let you know that your order is ready, write to us at hello@epicpets.mx or call 5532006511 to arrange delivery of your order to our workshop in Roma.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, we can cancel or modify an order if you notify us promptly. Send us an email to hello@epicpets.mx .
